I would not recommend this place! We walked in and I could sense the front desk clerk was racist! My husband and I went with our 2 grandsons ages 14 and 16. We rented 2 rooms 1 for us and 1 for them the girl didn't take a breath as she told us the rules and she was snotty about it! Telling us the boys couldn't stay in their room alone that one of us had to be with them at all times they couldn't go in the pool without one of us omg their just about men and can babysit at the age of 12! Then she tried to rip us off our second room saying i only paid for 1 room here I had paid for 2! And the smell was terrible our fridge didn't work the food sucked! We went to the city to take them shopping their good boys don't drink smoke or do drugs I couldn't have a good time We were sleeping by 9 so we could just get out of there. I can't believe how that girl treated us it was terrible. Please don't go there it's disgusting that girl should be fired. This was Saturday February 24th at 4 we checked it we checked out as soon as the boys were ready the next day they gave us a 20 gift card for the restaurant I told my husband to go give it to another patron for their breakfast!

we come here annually with our extended family. 35 years now. the staff treats US like family. cant help thank them enough. special shoutouts to jill, margaret and the housekeeping stuff as we always manage to leave something behind. this year we had 5 rooms full. the kids really look forward to the waterslides and its cool to see the first generation looking after the 2nd over the years

Super friendly accommodating staff. Very clean. Suite was very spacious and a great place for the to gather. Kids loved the waterside. Hot tub and kiddie pool were also a big hit. Definitely stay again

Me and my 2 toddler daughters booked this hotel mainly because of the hot tub, pools and waterslides. we decided to go swimming around 9am before having to check out at 11am. we first went into the hot tub and then the water slides, as we were getting back into the hot tub to warm up the maintenance guy cam by and started yelling at everyone saying "EVERYONE GET OUT OF THE HOT TUB NOW! IF NO ONE CAN LISTEN IM SHUTTING IT DOWN" he turned off the jets and told everyone to get out saying he had already told people the max amount of people allowed in the hot tub was 5 at a time. i was very confused because he had never told me that, he told us to get out and put "hot tub under maintenance signs around the hot tub even though it was working perfectly fine. i asked where it stated 5 people max as it did not on the big sign outside the hot tub saying " hot tub rules" and he said its in the tiny fine print on a printed out piece of paper on the wall. this guy was extremely rude, powering tripping and yelling at people and their children. we got out and went back into the pool till 1050, soon everyone was leaving the pool area since check out was at 11am. as soon as he saw everyone leaving he took the signs down, reopened the hot tub and turned the jets on. me and a few other guests complained to the front desk when we checked out.

Pleasant helpful staff. Our room was very clean with iron*board, microwave and fridge. A quiet night’s stay and the restaurant a huge bonus opening at 6am. The casino is minutes away by car; also plenty of shopping outlets and other restaurants.
